Bilastine is an anti-histamine or an anti-allergy salt. This works in blocking the action of chemical messengers called histamines that provoke allergic symptoms. Note- The ketoconazole salt is reactive to other drugs containing rifampicin, cyclosporine, erythromycin, and ritonavir. Avoid the intermix of these.
